Conference at IES Antonio Machado

Students of 1º FP

The local office of the Spanish Council for Scientific Research (CSIC) in the Community of Madrid, Spain, has launched a Catalogue of Scientific Conferences targeted at the Educational System within the Community.

As part of this initiative, the Food Proteins Group from the Institute of Food Science Research (CIAL, CSIC-UAM) in Madrid, Spain, visited the Antonio Machado Institute of Secondary Education (IES Antonio Machado) in Alcalá de Henares, Spain, on March 7^th, 2024 and presented a lecture on “Seaweeds as alternative sources of proteins” to an audience of students in their 1^st year of Vocational Training (FP) pursuing a technical diploma in culinary and gastronomy studies.
