Dr. Marta Martínez Sanz, PI of the Food Proteins Group from the Institute of Food Science Research (CIAL, CSIC-UAM) in Madrid, Spain, was awarded the National Research Award 2023 for young researchers “Ángeles Alvariño” on Natural Resources Sciences and Technologies on March 14th, 2024 at the Ducal Palace of Gandia in Gandía, Spain.
