Students of 1º ESO, 4º ESO and 1º BACH
The local office of the Spanish Council for Scientific Research (CSIC) in the Community of Madrid, Spain, has launched a Catalogue of Scientific Conferences targeted at the Educational System within the Community.
As part of this initiative, the Food Proteins Group from the Institute of Food Science Research (CIAL, CSIC-UAM) in Madrid, Spain, visited the Ítaca Institute of Secondary Education (IES Ítaca) in Alcorcón, Spain, on February 21st, 2024 and presented a lecture on “Seaweeds as alternative sources of proteins” to an audience of 1º ESO, 4º ESO and 1º Bachillerato (i.e. 7th, 10th and 11th Grade in the US, respectively) students.
